REALOGIS findetZwischenlager für Automotive-Dienstleister

Warendorf, 28. September 2021 – Realogis, das mit 70 Experten führende Immobilienberatungsunternehmen für Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien und Gewerbeparks in Deutschland, hat die Coler GmbH & Co. KG erfolgreich bei der Suche nach einem Zwischenlager in Norddeutschland unterstützt. Das Unternehmen ist laut eigenen Angaben ein Top Player im Kfz-Aftermarket, das mit mehr als 900 Mitarbeitern an 34 Standorten über 100.000 verschiedene Ersatzteile für Pkw- und Nutzfahrzeuge an ca. 20.000 Werkstätten liefert.

Im Warendorfer Gewerbegebiet Freckenhorst hat der Automotive-Dienstleister einen mittelfristigen Mietvertrag mit Option für eine 5.000 m² umfassende Lagerfläche abgeschlossen. Eigentümer der Immobilie ist das Family Office Niehoff GbR. Das Objekt bietet eine Andienung über zwei Rampen sowie zwei ebenerdige Tore und dient der Sortimentserweiterung im neuen Autoteilesegment.

„Im Vergleich zu den beiden norddeutschen Märkten Hannover und Bremen sind verfügbare Lager- und Logistikflächen im Raum Münster / Warendorf sehr knapp“, berichtet Fabian von Rohr, Consultant bei der Realogis Immobilien Deutschland GmbH. „Umso mehr freut es uns, dass wir Coler in dieser Region unterstützen können.“

Coler ist Teil der Unternehmensgruppe AAG, die mit 12.000 Mitarbeitern an mehr als 300 Standorten in ganz Europa vertreten ist.
