REALOGIS continues to be the clear market leader and has already taken 1st place several times in the Real Estate Manager's broker ranking in the area of leasing industrial and logistics properties and has further extended its lead over the runner-up.
- 2022
Over 1 million sqm of space brokered in a row
The REALOGIS Group's take-up in the 2022 financial year totaled 1.251 million m². This corresponds to a market share of 14.9 %, or around 20 % if only the brokerage of space is taken into account. This is the second year in the company's history in which the 1 million square meter mark was broken, following the equally strong previous year.

REALOGIS wins the immowelt GmbH German Real Estate Award in the category "Commercial Player". At the same time, REALOGIS is the advisor to a finalist and to the winner of the Logix Award 2021.
