REALOGIS identifies new headquarters for JNW Cleaning Solutions
Düsseldorf / Bochum, 24 October 2023 – JNW Cleaning Solutions, which describes itself as a pioneer and market leader in the cleaning of air-cooled heat exchangers, is relocating within Bochum. In a deal advised and brokered by Realogis, the company will commence operations at its headquarters in a business park in Werne, a district in the east of Bochum, in early 2024. JNW will occupy a unit comprising 2,350 m² of warehouse space and 360 m² of office space, for which it has signed a medium-term lease.
According to Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, Realogis, the assignment was to identify a suitable property as close as possible to the current headquarters in the north of Bochum. The new headquarters are only around 7 km away from the current site, which has to be vacated for a new owner’s own use, and offer JNW two crane runways within the building as well as excellent links to the motorway network. The Bochum-Laer junction provides access to three motorways, namely the A40, A43 and A44.
JNW Cleaning Solutions will use the pre-existing property for the provision of its products and services. These include installation and commissioning, cleaning equipment and systems, cleaning services, and equipment maintenance and spare parts.
The business park is managed by a private owner.
