REALOGIS also advises Parceljet Technology on the expansion of its branch in Unna
Düsseldorf/Unna, 28 March 2024 – Following advice and brokerage of Realogis, Germany’s leading consulting company for industrial and logistics properties as well as commercial properties, Parceljet Technology GmbH has signed a long-term rental agreement for 6,670 m² of hall space in Unna.
The logistics and fulfilment company Parceljet Technology has been based in the Unna-Nord industrial area since the beginning of 2024 in an existing area directly by the A1 motorway, also on the brokerage of Realogis. With the new contract, the company is increasing its space capacity in this property to a total of 14,415 m² of hall space. The location provides users with excellent connections to the economic centres of Wuppertal, Bremen, Cologne, Dortmund, Essen and Münster.
The logistics and fulfilment service provider Parceljet Technology (headquartered in Guangzhou) works for more than half of the top Chinese brands and has 40 locations in twelve countries and regions worldwide. In Germany, in addition to Unna, the company also has its own branches in Duisburg, Frankfurt and Gießen.
