WEISS MASCHINEN moves to Rastatt district
Stuttgart / Rastatt, 11 September 2023 – WEISS MASCHINEN GmbH is relocating its head office from Keltern to the Rastatt district and expanding its capacity. With its WEGOMA brand, the manufacturing company stands for reliable, precise and innovative machinery for window construction and operates in the field of rod machining for the industry.
The long-term lease was advised and brokered by Realogis, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties.
The tenant opted for a free-standing building. This is located on a plot measuring approximately 4,800 m² and contains a 2,880 m² production hall and around 430 m² of air-conditioned office and communal space. The property is fitted with heavy-duty industrial flooring and compressed air lines and offers the user high power capacity, which is also supported by a photovoltaic system.
The owner of the property is an institutional investor from Ettlingen.
The seamless transfer of the property while in use underscores the scarcity of production properties in the region.
