REALOGIS supports Parceljet Technology with new branch in Unna

Düsseldorf/Unna, 30 January 2024 – Parceljet Technology GmbH has opened another branch in Germany. Realogis – Germany's leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – advised the logistics and fulfilment company on setting up a new branch in Unna.

According to Parceljet Technology, the company operates in twelve countries and regions worldwide and serves more than 50% of the top Chinese brands from its headquarters in Guangzhou. It is one of the fastest growing companies in China (2021-2022 300%). The company operates 40 locations covering a total area of 300,000 m². This includes the existing German sites in Duisburg, Frankfurt and Giessen.

The company now has 7,745 m² of hall space, 84 m² of office space and 4,500 m² of undeveloped space in an existing property in the Unna-Nord commercial park.

Parceljet Technology benefits from the location's immediate proximity to the A1 motorway with its onward connections heading north to the Kamen motorway junction (A1/A2) and south to the Dortmund/Unna motorway junction (A1/A44). This means that the greater Wuppertal, Bremen, Cologne, Dortmund, Essen, Cologne and Münster areas can all be served.
