REALOGIS strengthens its existing Berlin team

Berlin, 26 September 2024 - Realogis - Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties as well as commercial land - is strengthening the existing team at its Berlin office from October 2024. From 1 October 2024, Miguel Schwarz (26) will be responsible for supporting major clients as a Senior Consultant. In addition, a new Managing Director will lead the growing team with effect from 1 December 2024. Realogis plans to expand its team in 2025 with additional employees at all levels in order to build the largest letting team for industrial and logistics properties and business parks on the Berlin market.
"We are very pleased to have signed two competent and committed specialists for the Realogis Berlin office even before Expo Real," explains Umut Ertan, founder and partner of the Realogis Group. "In view of our goals, we will continue to expand the Realogis office in the capital with additional talent in the coming year. The Berlin location plays an important role for the Realogis Group due to its good dynamics and strong development. It will also support our nationwide and international mandates as well as our other offices in the top locations of Munich, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Leipzig and our two teams in northern and southern Germany that operate outside the top locations."
Miguel Schwarz is a property agent and has been working in the property sector since 2019. His consultancy work has focussed on logistics and light industrial
from the outset. In his last position, he gained valuable professional experience and expertise at BNP Paribas.
