REALOGIS secures replacement for Graewer headquarters in record time after fire

Stuttgart, 5 January 2024 – Within ten days, Realogis – Germany's leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – found a new headquarters for Graewer Kunststofftechnik GmbH and negotiated the lease. The production company and its 14 employees were looking for a suitable property solution due to a fire at its previous location.

On the advice of Realogis, the medium-sized family business leased a 1000 m² production hall and a 150 m² office unit in Dettlingen unter Teck, thus increasing its space capacities. The owner of the low-energy building at Lindengarten 12, which has good access to the B 297 federal road (1.5 km) and the A8 motorway (2.7 km), is a private investor.

"The new property fits our requirements perfectly in terms of size and the availability of an indoor gantry crane and high-voltage power supply. Only one and a half weeks lapsed between initial contact and the signing of the contract. We would like to thank everyone involved from Realogis and the lessor for their great support, speed and reliability. This allows us to remain capable of serving our customers and competitive on the market during the crisis," comments Marc-Andrè Graewer, Managing Director of Graewer Kunststofftechnik GmbH.
