REALOGIS secures long-term lease for vehicle development company in Aschaffenburg

Frankfurt/Aschaffenburg, 14 November 2023 – Realogis, Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, has successfully supported a vehicle development company with renting a new built at Weichertstrasse 11 in Aschaffenburg. In the third quarter of 2023, the user moved in to a unit comprising around 1,850 m² of hall space, 650 m² of office space and 21 parking spaces. The lease agreement was fixed for a long-term period.

“The company, which operates in the automotive sector, was looking for prestigious space in the Aschaffenburg region. The new-build property can be used 24 hours a day, is located at the heart of the established business district Damm-Ost and boasts good transport connections,” explains Dennis Wohn, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.

The unit is part of a business park that was completed by REALCONCEPT Gesellschaft für Beteiligungen mbH in 2023. It has around 11,000 m² of usable space in total, consisting of 9,500 m² of hall space and 1,500 m² of office/mezzanine space. The company operates throughout Germany in the fields of project development, values-based asset management and portfolio management.
