REALOGIS secures full occupancy for M7 Real Estate at a logistics property in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg
Frankfurt, 18 May 2026 – REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH has achieved full letting of a logistics property in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg following another successful letting.
As part of the recent contract signing, approximately 6,900 sq m has been let to Bakelog GmbH. Of this, around 5,950 sq m comprises warehouse space and approximately 950 sq m comprises office space. Bakelog specialises in bespoke logistics solutions and will exclusively handle logistics for the Lieken Group at the site. This includes, in particular, the storage and handling of baked goods and related everyday consumer products, which require an efficient and time-critical supply chain. The property features twelve loading bays and three ground-level doors, enabling efficient goods handling.
REALOGIS Frankfurt was exclusively commissioned by M7 Real Estate to market the property and successfully let the entire property within a short timeframe.
'In Bakelog GmbH, we have secured a suitable tenant for the site. The property meets the company's requirements very well, particularly in terms of delivery access and short-term availability. The successful full occupancy once again underlines the continued strong demand for functional logistics space in the Rhine-Main region,' says Denis Tanque, Head of Letting at REALOGIS Frankfurt.
The property at Weiherfeld 11–15 comprises a total of around 7,800 sq m of warehouse space. At the start of the year, around 1,850 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 350 sq m of office space were let to Sovereign Network GmbH, a transport and logistics service provider.
The Ginsheim-Gustavsburg site is well situated due to its excellent transport links within the Rhine-Main region. The A60 and A671 motorways provide a fast connection to the wider transport network and to the commercial centres of Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt. This location makes the site particularly attractive for logistics and distribution companies.
