Düsseldorf, 27 February 2024 – Realogis – Germany’s leading property consulting company for industrial and logistics properties and business parks – has brokered a long-term lease for almost 7,000 m² of space at the A3/A46 motorway junction. US private equity firm HighBrook owns the existing property at Boschstrasse 1 in Haan.

The new tenant, a logistics/fulfilment service provider, will have 5,350 m² of hall space and 1,470 m² of office space available on an approximately 14,000 m² enclosed property. The service provider will use the stand-alone property as its primary location. The approx. 8 m high building has 18 loading docks and one ground-level gate.

According to Realogis, the key factors for the leasing decision were availability, quality of the property and its location close to the city, with convenient transportation access to the greater Cologne, Düsseldorf and Ruhr regions.
