REALOGIS secures follow-up lease in logistics and commercial location Raunheim

Frankfurt, 24 August 2022 – MANN Gewerbepark Raunheim GmbH & Co. KG is welcoming a new tenant. In a deal brokered by REALOGIS – Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – 3V Cargo GmbH signed a long-term lease for approximately 1,500 m² of warehouse space and approximately 300 m² of office space, as well as ten parking spaces.

“The Raunheim business park at Frankfurter Strasse 83-107 will allow 3V Cargo to grow. In addition, its proximity to Frankfurt Airport and to the A3 motorway and the B43 main road were key factors in deciding to sign the lease,” explains Dennis Wohn, a consultant at REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.

The business park constructed in 1988 on a plot of 30,500 m² offers more than 21,100 m² of flexibly divisible production, warehouse and office space with a clearance height of 7 metres and a spacious delivery zone, and is almost fully let following the signing of this lease. It is located at the heart of the Raunheim commercial district and has 184 parking spaces and good connections to public transport.
