REALOGIS leases around 4,250 sq m of warehouse and office space near Darmstadt
Frankfurt, 31. August 2026 – REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties and commercial land, has leased warehouse and office space in Weiterstadt near Darmstadt. De Haas Road Cargo is relocating its existing operations from Hochheim am Main to Weiterstadt. The logistics company, which specialises in transporting flowers and plants, has leased around 4,250 sq m of warehouse and office space at Gutenbergstrasse 19–21. The property is owned by P3 Logistic Parks.
At its new location, De Haas Road Cargo will have around 3,340 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 910 sq m of office space at its disposal. Key factors behind the decision to lease were the space's availability at short notice and its eight dock-level loading doors. The property therefore offers ideal conditions for efficient goods receipt and dispatch as well as the new tenant's logistics operations. With the new location, De Haas Road Cargo is expanding its logistics capacity while creating the conditions for the further development of its transport operations, particularly to southern Germany and Austria. Built in 2008, the property comprises around 11,350 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 2,650 sq m of office space in total.
The property is located in the Weiterstadt-Riedbahn industrial estate, around six kilometres north-west of Darmstadt. Its proximity to the A5 motorway and the B42 federal road, which connects to the A67, provides excellent access to the national motorway network. Frankfurt Airport is around 24 kilometres away.
