REALOGIS is supporting HCH Bearing with its new German headquarters in Holzpark Hanau
Frankfurt/Hanau, 23 September 2025 – Realogis – Germany's leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate and commercial properties – advised HCH Bearing Germany GmbH in its search for a new headquarters. According to the company, it is one of the world's leading manufacturers of precision deep groove ball bearings and tapered roller bearings and has decided to establish itself in the long-term in Holzpark Hanau, which is due to be completed in 2023.
The 28,000 m² DGNB Gold-certified light industrial and logistics park at Heideäcker 3-9 is equipped with heat pumps and a photovoltaic system. From the fourth quarter of 2025, it will offer HCH Bearings an approximately 2,010 m² unit. This will be divided into around 1,780 m² of storage space and around 230 m² of office space. In addition to the property's high-quality facilities, HCH Bearings will benefit from good connections via the B43 to the A66, A3 and A45 motorways, as well as from its proximity to Hanau's main railway station.
Holzpark Hanau is managed by AEW, which acquired the property from Berlin-based project developer and investment manager INBRIGHT at the end of 2023. INBRIGHT developed the former brownfield site to KfW standards, winning silver in the 'Best Commercial Project' category at the 2023 Brownfield24 Awards for the project.
