REALOGIS has arranged the letting of approximately 23,200 sq m at BGO and PRODAC’s FOCUS Logistics Park in Nohra to Tekpoint
- Tekpoint is leasing approximately 23,175 sq m of total floor space in Nohra
- The company is moving into two of the three warehouse units
- The site offers direct access to the A4 motorway and is close to the Erfurt freight village
- DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) Gold certification, 12.20 m UKB and heat pump heating
Munich, 27 October 2026: REALOGIS Immobilien Deutschland has successfully advised Tekpoint GmbH on the letting of approximately 23,175 sq m of space at the FOCUS Logistics Park in Nohra near Weimar. The international distributor and wholesaler in the telecommunications and consumer electronics sector will occupy two of the three units in the newly built logistics park at Grunstedter Weg 7, jointly developed by BGO, a global property investment manager, and the Düsseldorf-based developer PRODAC Industrial Real Estate. Legal advice to the owners was provided by BCLP.
The leased space comprises around 20,674 sq m of warehouse space, approximately 924 sq m of office and staff facilities, and around 1,577 sq m of mezzanine storage space. In addition, Tekpoint has access to 24 car parking spaces and eight lorry parking spaces.
The FOCUS Logistics Park was completed on a site of approximately 55,000 sq m. Its total lettable area is around 34,602 sq m. Of this, approximately 30,728 sq m is warehouse space, around 1,519 sq m is office and staff facilities, and around 2,355 sq m is mezzanine storage space.
The facilities include, among other features, a clear height of 12.20 m to underside of truss, a floor loading of 7 t/sq m, a floor slab sealed to WHG (German Water Resources Act) standards, and heating via heat pumps. The property holds DGNB Gold certification. One unit totalling approximately 11,427 sq m is currently available to potential tenants.

PRODAC Industrial Real Estate also sees the deal as an important letting for the site. “With Tekpoint, the FOCUS Logistics Park is gaining an international tenant whose requirements match what the property offers,” adds Lars Zimmermann, Managing Director of PRODAC Industrial Real Estate. “The combination of a modern building design, a focus on sustainability and close proximity to key transport routes makes the Nohra site an attractive location for logistics and distribution companies.”
There is a direct link to the A4 via the Nohra junction; the Erfurt motorway interchange, with its connection to the A71, is also just a few minutes’ drive away. Nohra railway station is around 600 metres away, within walking distance. The DHL freight and mail centre in Nohra is visible on the neighbouring plot, and the Erfurt freight transport centre is only around 11 kilometres away.
