REALOGIS facilitates capacity expansion for Pfenning Logistics
- Stand-alone property with 13,500 m² of space brokered in Hockenheim
Frankfurt, 11 February 2022 – Realogis, the leading consultant for industrial and logistics properties and business parks in Germany, with 70 experts, is announcing another fast win in its letting operations. Thanks to the new long-term lease signed for a stand-alone property in Hockenheim, the Pfenning Logistics Group can expand its logistics capacity close to its head office in Heddesheim.
At the conveniently situated location at Hockenheim’s 3. Industriestrasse 4 on the A5 and A6, Pfenning Logistics has 13,000 m² of warehouse space and 500 m² of office space for its exclusive use. The property is owned by AW Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH and is managed by Immoblick Property Management GmbH, Heidelberg.
“We signed this lease in the space of just a few weeks. This firstly shows how high demand still is for such properties, and secondly the speed at which mid-sized companies are securing space,” said Julian Petri, Managing Director of Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.
Thanks to the new lease with Pfenning Logistics, Realogis has increased its tenant-driven take-up to approximately 40,000 m² of warehouse space within the past four months. Just in November 2021, Realogis announced two leases with the Heddesheim supply chain specialist for 25,000 m² of warehouse space in Westerwald.
