Realogis exclusively brokers German location for food distributor Crevel

Düsseldorf/Hilden, 10 October 2023 – Crevel Europe GmbH – a rapidly growing global importer and distributor of international products – will open a primary storage and logistics location in Hilden in the fourth quarter of 2023. The deal was exclusively advised and brokered by Realogis, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties.

Crevel Europe GmbH, founded in Germany in 2018, manages a portfolio of more than 350 products from established and independent Mexican and American brands. These include brands such as Grupo Herdez, Tajin, Arevalo and Maza Real.

To best control its supply to food service and retail companies in around 30 European countries, Crevel Europe has signed a medium-term lease for 4,000 m² of warehouse space in a functional existing property in the commercial district Im Hülsenfeld. The property is thus fully let. The owner is a private investor.

The property is located in Hilden-West, an established commercial location just minutes away from the A1, A3, A46 (Hilden interchange) and A59 motorways. This offers efficient links to the wider Düsseldorf and Cologne areas as well as the entire Ruhr region.
