REALOGIS achieves full occupancy in 10,000 m² stand-alone property
Hamburg, 23 November 2021 – Realogis has advised Wheels Logistics GmbH & Co. KG, a leading contract logistics company, on expanding its floor space in northern Germany. In a deal brokered by the leading property consulting company for industrial and logistics properties and business parks in Germany, with over 70 experts, Wheels Logistics concluded a medium-term lease for just under 10,000 m² of space in the Goslar district.
Drestate Objekt Seesen Rudolf-Diesel-Str. GmbH & Co.KG is the lessor for the property in Seesen, which is suitable for third party use and for storing Water Hazard Class 2 goods. The property at Rudolf-Diesel-Strasse 1 has a good ratio of hall to office space (approx. 9,400 m² hall space, 430 m² office and social space), a hall height of about 9.40 m and three fire areas. The stand-alone property, which has excellent links to the A7 motorway (2 km away), was used by Räderhotel 4Wheels until the third quarter of 2021.
“WHEELS Logistics is already located in Seesen and, in response to our proactive approach, took up the opportunity at short notice to expand its floor space at this branch to a total of 170,000 m². This allows the company to further optimise its logistics processes,” said Marius Paulig, head of the northern Germany department at Realogis Immobilien Deutschland GmbH. WHEELS Logistics describes itself as a provider of integrated green supply chain management and holistic logistics concepts in Europe.
