REALOGIS brokers two leases in the Mainz/Wiesbaden logistics submarket
Frankfurt, 27 August 2024 - Realogis, Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties and commercial land, has brokered two long-term lease agreements in the Mainz/Wiesbaden submarket.
Since the second quarter of 2024, De Dietrich Process Systems GmbH has been using a property unit with around 1,850 m² of hall space and 685 m² of covered drive-way space for weather-protected side loading and unloading in a prime location in Mainz. The property at Carl-Zeiss-Strasse 16 serves as a new storage location for semi-finished glass products, which are subsequently processed into chemical and pharmaceutical process plants at the headquarters.
From the third quarter of 2024, the network operator for electricity and gas supply Syna GmbH will be renting another warehouse location in Hofheim-Wallau near its own company headquarters in Frankfurt am Main-Höchst. The grid operator has around 2,000 m² of warehouse space for storing products and materials for the regional implementation of the energy transition. With a large ground-level gate and three ramps, the property offers good delivery options. The landlord is EKF Finanz Frankfurt GmbH. With the conclusion of the contract, the property is now fully let.
“The Mainz/Wiesbaden industrial and logistics property submarket is characterised by a low vacancy rate.
