REALOGIS brokers cash-and-carry space for House of Sweets
Düsseldorf, 13 October 2023 – Realogis, Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, is bringing one of the most popular suppliers of confectionery to Ratingen. House of Sweets Berlin GbR has chosen a property at Christinenstrasse 5 for its first B2B location in the Düsseldorf region, which will serve wholesalers as well as individuals with a trading licence.
House of Sweets specialises in sweet, sour, hot, salty and bitter confectionery brands that are not typically available in German stores. The company became particularly well-known via Instagram. It stocks around 2,000 items from 20 countries and every continent at its 11 stores, generating annual sales of EUR 15 million in 2022. Now the confectionery specialist with the big fan community is opening a cash-and-carry wholesale outlet in Tiefenbroich.
The conclusion of a long-term lease for 500 m² of commercial space from the start of the fourth quarter of 2023 means the privately owned property is fully occupied. The property is well connected to the A52 and A44 motorways and the airport. Users can access it directly from Christinenstrasse and via a ground-level delivery entrance.
