Realogis brokers approx. 10,300 m² of new logistics space almost seamlessly after completion in Rodgau
Frankfurt, 19 August 2025 – Realogis – Germany's leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate and commercial land – has brokered the anchor tenant for a speculative project development in Rodgau for Omnidocks. The user of the 10,300 m² unit is Sinotrans Air Transportation GmbH, the German subsidiary of Sinotrans Limited, one of Asia's largest logistics companies headquartered in China.
Omnidocks, part of PGIM Real Estate's European value-add strategy, acquired the 12,300 m² project development at Boschstraße 15-17 before construction began at the end of last year.
From the second quarter of 2025, the user will have approx. 8,700 m² of warehouse space with good connections to the A3 motorway, approx. 810 m² of mezzanine space, approx. 820 m² of office space and 40 car parking spaces, four of which are equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. The property is cooled and heated using heat pumps. These, together with modern LED lighting, ensure good energy efficiency.
"The logistics company Sinotrans had been looking for several months for the perfect location for the storage and distribution of consumer electronics near Frankfurt Airport. With the almost virtual transition between the completion of the property and early access, Sinotrans was able to secure one of the few new construction projects available in the Frankfurt area at this time. This shows that project developments without pre-letting continue to work very well in appropriate locations," comments Denis Tanque, department head at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.
