REALOGIS brings well-known tenant to BEOS AG’s business park NOVA

Munich / Neufahrn, 19 January 2023 – Realogis, Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, has brokered two long-term leases for a total of almost 6,900 m² of space in BEOS AG’s business park NOVA in Neufahrn. The user of the two units is the municipal utility Stadtwerke München GmbH (SWM).

The first property unit is the last large, ground-level unit on the site. Here the new user will consolidate several small warehouses, including for machine and vehicle parts for underground trains and trams, in around 5,000 m² of hall/archive and social space.

The second lease is for 1,550 m² of hall space including mezzanines and 320 m² of office/ancillary space, which SWM will move into in the fourth quarter of 2023.


“We are delighted that SWM has decided to move into NOVA Park,” comments Florian Stork, Managing Director of Realogis Immobilien München GmbH.

Since the redevelopment of the site, Realogis and BEOS have together already concluded eight leases with different companies for a total of more than 27,000 m².

The NOVA Neufahrn business park (Am Gfild 1-11, 85375 Neufahrn) has very good connections to the A9 and A92 motorways and to local public transport (bus line 690 and commuter railway line S1).
