Düsseldorf / Krefeld, 23. April 2024 - An e-scooter manufacturer is opening a long-term branch in Krefeld. On advice of Realogis - Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics real estate and commercial properties - the specialist for innovative means of transportation in the field of electromobility has signed a lease for 725 sqm of warehouse and office space in the „Green Business Park“ at Odilia-von-Goch-Straße 16.

Due to the latest contract the business park, which was planned and built by Bönniger GBR in 2023, is almost fully let. Only one office floor with 110 sqm is still available.

A total of eight commercial units with 210 to approx. 800 m² of hall space and 94 to approx. 220 m² of office space have been created in accordance with KfW Efficiency Building 40 (highest KfW standard). In addition to attractive architectural details, this also includes the use of renewable energy through a photovoltaic system, which is used for charging stations for electric cars, among other things. Other factors are living spaces with green facades and roofs as well as flowering meadows in the open spaces. Additionally, eco-friendly building materials such as roof girders made from laminated wooden beams have been deployed.

The Green Business Park is located in the "DEN HAM" business park on the busy B9 in the north of Krefeld, from where the A40 highway can be reached in approx. 5 km and the cities of Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Mönchengladbach and Venlo are within easy reach.
