REALOGIS arranges new tenant for 17,200 m² logistics building in Lehrte

Lehrte, 29 November 2022 – The former POCO warehouse in Lehrte has a new user. The stand-alone building will be available to the new tenant, automotive logistics specialist EF Logistik GmbH, from December 2022 on a long-term lease. The new lease for the 17,200 m², state-of-the-art building was arranged by Realogis – Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties.

“We have been looking for a new user since 2017 – we are all the more delighted to have secured this modern building for EF Logistik on a very popular market,” said Marius Paulig, Head of North Germany for Realogis Immobilien Deutschland GmbH.

The stand-alone property at Vor dem Osterholze 2 is a part of the EQT Exeter Value Add Fund III.

EQT Exeter acquires, develops and manages logistics, industrial, office and residential properties in the US and Europe for various of its own funds.

Following this deal, we look forward to enjoying full occupancy in our German portfolio. The logistics company EF Logistik belongs to the Emil Frey Group and will establish its Hanover branch at the new location. Here the company will be able to use two halls of around 10,300 m² and 6,150 m² together with office space of approximately 670 m² in total.

The property has excellent connections to the public transport infrastructure, the B443 is three minutes away and the A2 (East Lehrte exit) can be reached within five minutes.
