Düsseldorf, 21 October 2022 – Ultimate Padel Germany GmbH has opened a venue in Düsseldorf. In a deal advised and brokered by Realogis, the Swedish company – which wants to popularise the mix between squash and tennis in Germany under the slogan “We are Padel” – has leased a state-of-the-art hall in Düsseldorf-Rath.

According to Realogis, Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, Ultimate Padel Germany is using a 3,300 m² hall space in an existing property at the address Am Gatherhof 57. The property is owned by des Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany III of BEOS AG, the leading asset manager and project developer of corporate real estate in Germany.

With 10 indoor panoramic courts (6 double and 4 single courts), a bar and a padel shop, We Are Padel Düsseldorf is the largest indoor padel venue in Germany. It is just a few minutes’ drive from the Düsseldorf-Rath motorway junction and the Düsseldorf intersection. Players of the increasingly popular sport from the greater Düsseldorf area, the Ruhr region and the greater Cologne area can reach the sports venue via the A52 and A44 motorways.
