Frankfurt/Mainz, 15 January 2024 - Despite the user's demanding requirements profile and a warehouse and logistics market that is almost fully let, Realogis has succeeded in identifying a suitable site in a prime location for a long-term lease. In a deal advised and brokered by Germany's leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, a 15-year lease with an extension option has been concluded for a stand-alone building at Johannes-Kepler-Strasse 14 in Mainz.

Built in 1993, the property offers approximately 1,850 m² of hall space and almost 700 m² of office space with good connections to the Mainz-Süd motorway junction (A60/A63). Ground-level access roads facilitate incoming deliveries. The space is currently being developed by the tenants.

The owner of the property is represented by the asset management company SL-DV Service GmbH.
