Since January 2024, the user has had approximately 4,850 m² of storage and handling space and around 340 m² of office, social and communal space, all of which meets the standards for new buildings, as well as approximately 1,100 m² of open space at its disposal on the corner of Bremerhavener Strasse and Europaallee. Deliveries are handled via seven dock levellers and two ground-level sectional doors.

The property is located at the logport in Duisburg-Rheinhausen and forms part of the Port of Duisburg, which offers trimodal connections to water, rail and road transport. The A40 and A57 motorway junctions are just a few minutes' drive away.
