Munich, 5 December 2023 - Realogis, Germany's leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, has successfully advised the Munich-based high-tech company DeepDrive on its next growth milestone. The start-up company develops drivetrains for electric vehicles and aims to revolutionise electric car drive systems with its dual-rotor radial flux motor.

Following consultation and brokerage services by Realogis, DeepDrive GmbH has signed a long-term lease for a production property with a large percentage of office space in Garching. The company is currently working with eight of the ten largest automotive manufacturers on various development projects and plans to launch a dual rotor in series production by 2026.

Following the renovations at Carl-von-Linde-Strasse 23-25, DeepDrive will have approximately 2,200 m² of hall space and approx. 2,200 m² of office space. The building will house the company headquarters with potentially up to 100 employees and will be used to further advance its growth plans with a focus on testing and series production.

With the conclusion of the lease agreement, the prestigious stand-alone building, which is owned by a family office from the Munich region, is now fully let.
