REALOGIS advises Austrian electronics wholesaler on market entry in Germany

Frankfurt / Darmstadt, 20 April 2023 – An Austrian electronics wholesaler is opening its first warehouse location in Germany. In a deal brokered by Realogis – Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – the multi-channel electronics dealer has signed a medium-term lease for a stand-alone unit in the business park at Röntgenstrasse 3-7 in Darmstadt.

The business park is owned by Mileway, a leading provider of properties for last-mile logistics at strategic locations in Europe.

The unit comprises 2,800 m² of hall space and 470 m² of office space. “The warehouse location is efficient, with eight ramps allowing for a high level of goods handling in a comparatively small amount of hall space,” reports Denis Tanque, Senior Consultant at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.

The new user will shortly move into the commercial unit around the middle of this year, taking over the shelving and other fixtures from the previous tenant.

Following this deal brokered by Realogis, the business park is fully occupied again. The new lease follows on almost seamlessly from the unit’s previous use.

In addition to its good fit-out, the new warehouse location boasts good transport connections to the federal road B3 and to the A5 and A661 motorways.
