Frankfurt / Offenbach, 22 June 2023 – The French market leader in self-storage, Homebox, has been offering storage space for private and business customers in Offenbach, too, since June 2023. In a deal advised and brokered by Realogis – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – Homebox signed a long-term lease with an option in the business park at Mühlheimer Strasse 183-185.

Homebox has around 4,430 m² of hall space and around 1,730 m² of undeveloped space at its disposal. The business park with a total of 10,000 m² of usable space at Mühlheimer Strasse 183-185 is owned by a private investor.

“Now that Homebox has moved in, the commercial complex between Mühlheim and Offenbach on the B43 – around 20 minutes from the Sachsenhausen district of Frankfurt – is fully occupied,” reports Till Priebe, Senior Consultant at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.

On advice from the Realogis team, the two companies Verasol and Bolt had also located here, moving into a total of just under 1,500 m² of hall space and around 410 m² of undeveloped space.

With a personal access code and their key, customers have access to their box round the clock every day and are thus completely independent of opening hours. They also do not have to enter into any lease commitments of more than one month, and no removal costs are incurred when moving to a smaller or larger box.
