REAL REALOGIS lets 4,250 sq m of logistics and office space to eLing at FlexCity Mülheim
Düsseldorf, 13 October 2026: REALOGIS Immobilien Düsseldorf GmbH, part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties as well as commercial land, has brokered the letting of around 4,250 sq m at FlexCity Mülheim to eLing GmbH. Frasers Property owns the property and handles asset management in-house.
eLing GmbH, which specialises in warehouse logistics, e-commerce and fulfilment, has secured the space in the new-build development at Mellinghofer Straße 55/Kranbahnallee 12 on a long-term basis. The leased unit comprises around 3,500 sq m of warehouse space, 400 sq m of mezzanine space and 350 sq m of office space.
Three loading ramps, two van doors and a ground-level door allow for deliveries using different vehicle types. The clear height of the warehouse is around eight metres to the underside of the roof trusses. Specification includes an air-source heat pump and LED lighting. Another unit, matching the size and layout of the one leased by eLing, is available to let. Occupiers nearby already include JW Fulfilment, among others.
FlexCity Mülheim, developed by Frasers Property Industrial, is situated on the site of the former Siemens Techno-Park. The business park covers a site of around 195,000 sq m and offers flexible space for logistics and manufacturing companies, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. The new buildings, completed in 2026, comprise a total of around 23,840 sq m of lettable space. From this location in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region, the site is around one kilometre from Mülheim main station, 2.7 kilometres from the A40 motorway and 17.6 kilometres from the Port of Duisburg.
