PFILLO expands on advice from REALOGIS at Prologis Park Krefeld

Düsseldorf / Krefeld, 18 June 2024 - Realogis - Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties and commercial land - has once again successfully advised the international retail company Pfillo Group. The retailer for furniture, hairdressing supplies, garden and pet supplies has been continuously expanding its capacities in Krefeld since 2017, from an initial 1,200 m² to 6,000 m² in Krefeld Linn to a future 8,200 m² of managed space in Krefeld Fichtenhain.

On the advice of Realogis, the company, which is based in the USA, China and Germany, has concluded a long-term lease agreement with the project developer and property owner Prologis in Krefeld. Located close to the A44 motorway, the established logistics park provides Pfillo with approx. 7,600 m² of warehouse and 600 m² of office space, almost 15 ramp gates with dock levellers and two ground-level gates in an existing property.

The property is equipped with gas dark radiators, ESFR sprinklers in accordance with FM Global and LED lighting and can be used 24/7. The rented unit also includes 6 lorry parking spaces and 33 car parking spaces.

The move is set for the fourth quarter of 2024.
