Follow-up letting: REALOGIS brokers over 35,000 m² in Montabaur
Frankfurt, 6. May 2022 – The former central warehouse of a discount supermarket in Montabaur has a new tenant. In a deal advised and brokered by Realogis – the leading German consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – a furniture chain has opted for the distribution centre in the Westerwaldkreis district. Since the beginning of April 2022, a total of 34,500 m² of warehouse space and 1,270 m² of office and social space has been available to the user.
The lease is for a long-term period.
“Our goal was to ensure a seamless transition between the previous tenant moving out and subsequent use. We achieved this by brokering a highly creditworthy tenant from the SME segment,” says Julian Petri, Managing Director of Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.
“The Westerwaldkreis district has increasingly developed into a good location for the distribution of goods lately,” adds Till Priebe, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt. In addition to its direct location by the A3 motorway, another factor in favour of the property in Montabaur is good delivery via 74 lorry ramp gates. There is also a lorry filling station and a lorry wash on the site that can be used. The location will be used by the new user for handling in the region and as a service centre.
