Düsseldorf / Krefeld, 30 August 2022 – REALOGIS – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – has found a long-term anchor tenant for the newly constructed business park at Bruchfeld 83 in Krefeld-Linn. In a deal brokered by REALOGIS, Radwell International Germany GmbH has signed a 10-year lease for around 2,560 m² of hall space and 400 m² of office space.

Radwell is the leading supplier of multi-manufacturer spare parts and repair solutions for the industrial electronics, robotics and automation sectors. Not only does the state-of-the-art new building at the new headquarters in Krefeld-Linn include plenty of office and logistics space; it also boasts a repair centre with all the appropriate test facilities and test benches.

At full occupancy, there are six units available to users with a combined total of 4,000 m² of hall space and 800 m² of office space. The private owner awarded REALOGIS an exclusive contract to let the new space at the former brownfield site.

The property is situated right on the “Krefeld-Zentrum” slip road to the A57 motorway, which has good connections to the A40 and A44 motorways.
