Hamburg, 19 August 2022 – The environmentally friendly business park at Jochim-Klindt-Str. 7a in the newly built commercial district in Ahrensburg is fully let. In a deal advised and brokered by Realogis, Bartsch Bürotechnik (dealer specialising in office technology and full-service provider for installation) and SOHFA UG (dealer in sustainably manufactured household items made of untreated wood) have followed Ista Express Service GmbH by choosing the business park.

The low-energy, free-standing building in the newly built commercial district in Ahrensburg offers a total of nine units, each comprising 100 m² of hall space on the ground floor and 100 m² of office space on the upper floor. The commercial property with 1,800 m² of usable space is environmentally friendly thanks to its own PV system and heating via a geothermal heat pump. Outside the respective units, tenants have the option to install a wall-mounted charging station in order to supply their vehicle fleet with electricity from the PV system.

Ista Express occupies two interconnected units with usable space totalling 400 m² to provide its services, while Bartsch Bürotechnik and SOHFA UG each have one unit with a total of 200 m² of usable space. Further units were let by the owner, MC Estate GmbH & Co. KG.

“The objective of the new concept was to offer smaller trade and commercial enterprises and start-ups a forward-looking, resource-efficient home in this new business park.
