Frankfurt, 14 September 2022 – Crane Worldwide Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of the global full-service freight forwarder and contract logistics company headquartered in the USA, has already secured an existing unit for 2023.

In a deal brokered by Realogis – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics, and commercial properties – Crane Worldwide Germany will move into a 4,000 m² hall with 200 m² of office space in the modern VGP Park Ginsheim-Gustavsburg in mid-2023.

The contract logistics service provider will use the unit in a top location right by the A60 and A671 motorways to expand its logistics activities in Germany.

“What previously applied mainly to new logistics buildings is now also spilling over to existing properties. Users are securing capacity at an early stage in order to achieve their corporate goals in the coming year, too,” explains Denis Tanque, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.

“Demand for logistics properties in top locations is so high that users are willing to secure an existing property more than a year in advance,” continues Denis Tanque.
