50 metres away as the crow flies: REALOGIS secures 26,400 m² expansion for Computacenter
Düsseldorf / Kerpen, 2 February 2023 – Computacenter AG & Co. oHG, Europe’s leading multi-manufacturer service provider for information technology, is expanding its German headquarters in Kerpen thanks to Realogis. Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, Realogis, advised the British company on expanding its logistics space by an additional 26,400 m².
Just 50 metres as the crow flies from its head office in Kerpen-Sindorf, which Computacenter established in a new-build property in 2019, the company has now signed a lease to use an existing property at Europaring 34-40, 50170 Kerpen. The property comprises more than 14,600 m² of hall space, 6,300 m² of office space, 4,650 m² of service space, 850 m² of mezzanine space and 432 parking spaces. The lessor is a private investor.
The expansion also allows the IT specialist to benefit from its extremely central location in the commercial hub of Kerpen. Slip roads to the A4 and A61 motorways are located right by Europaring. Furthermore, Cologne can be reached within half an hour via the A4 motorway.
