Stuttgart, 18 August 2022 – Market penetration, transparency and proximity to customers – these three factors characterise the success of the Realogis Group, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties with around 70 experts. Realogis was founded in Munich in 2005. Two years later, in the middle of the financial market crisis, the first branch office opened with two members of staff. In addition to Stuttgart and Munich, the Group now also has branches in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Germany South/North, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg and Leipzig.

Market leader in southern Germany
At the end of July 2022, the 11-member team of Realogis Immobilien Stuttgart GmbH invited over 100 business guests to celebrate its 15th anniversary and market leadership in the consulting and brokering of industrial and logistics properties for southern Germany. “Expertise, engagement, speed and solutions tailored to customers’ needs are paying off,” say Adriano Borgia and Joel Adam.

Typical Realogis story: from apprentice to managing director
“From apprentice to managing director – the long-term development of talent is a typical Realogis story,” says Adriano Borgia, who has been with the company since it was founded in 2007 and likewise started as an apprentice. The company continues to hire young talent even now. “We are a training company for real estate specialists, and by keeping them on after their apprenticeship, we offer a seamless career path,” adds co-managing director Joel Adam, who likewise began his apprenticeship at Realogis over ten years ago. The company, which is seen in the sector as a pioneer and elite training ground for industrial and logistics properties and business parks, will – like every year (even in times of crisis) – again welcome new apprentices to Stuttgart in summer 2022.

Appeal to local authorities

“Demand for logistics, industry and retail properties continues unabated. E-commerce remains the driver of the demand for space, and German industrial companies are repatriating their locations for the distribution of manufacturing components as a result of disrupted supply chains,” says Adriano Borgia, describing the current trend. At the same time, he appeals to local authorities in the region to designate more land for the creation of modern developments and business parks in order to meet businesses’ needs.
