REALOGIS supports Pick & Pack 24 in its expansion in Düsseldorf
Düsseldorf, 2 December 2021 – Realogis is supporting Pick & Pack 24 GmbH as it continues to expand in Düsseldorf. In a deal brokered by Realogis, the company has concluded a lease for almost 2,250 m² of space in the Heerdt district of Düsseldorf for display building, picking and packing for high-profile e-commerce start-ups, value-added services and fulfilment.
The leading property consulting company for industrial and logistics properties and business parks in Germany with over 70 experts is therefore ensuring a direct follow-up lease for the shelved unit, which offers 2,285 m² of warehouse space and 160 m² of office space. The owner of the business park, which comprises a total of 29,000 m² of warehouse, production and office space, is Palmira Capital Partners.
With this relocation, Pick & Pack is increasing its capacities at its headquarters in Düsseldorf. The company’s customers include Just Spices, famed as an innovation leader in the spice market.
According to Realogis, the company selected the location because of its extremely good connections to the city of Düsseldorf and the A52 and A57 motorways, which will allow it to serve the wider Düsseldorf and Cologne metropolitan areas.
