REALOGIS supports online fashion company LULU in its expansion

Düsseldorf / Ratingen, 9 April 2024 –Following the relocation of the online fashion brand LULU from the UK to Ratingen-Burscheid in the wake of Brexit in 2020, Realogis has once again advised the online fashion company, trading under the German name Halterner Technologie GmbH, on its changed real estate requirements.

In a deal brokered by Realogis – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – the company is opening a second warehouse in a business park in Ratingen for its fashion brand LULU. The lessor is Mileway, Europe’s leading property company for last-mile logistics.

Halterner Technologie GmbH will have 5,350 m² of hall space at its disposal for e-commerce at Harkortstrasse 12-32 in Ratingen-Tiefenbroich. With this deal, the company is expanding the managed space for the distribution of products such as handbags, backpacks and suitcases in the area surrounding Düsseldorf Airport to approximately 8,000 m², says Realogis.

According to Realogis, the latest lease means that all of the hall space at the business park is now fully let.

The property is located close to the A52, A44 and A3 motorways, which link the Düsseldorf and Cologne economic areas and the entire Ruhr region.
