REALOGIS supports non-profit employment centre in Bergedorf, Hamburg

Hamburg, 23 March 2023 – Realogis – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – has successfully advised Sprungbrett Dienstleistungen gGmbH and its subsidiary FIT gGmbH on the conclusion of two long-term leases for more than around 3,000 m² of usable space. The non-profit organisations work to ensure labour market participation and describe themselves as centres offering qualification and further education opportunities to integrate long-term job seekers.

They selected two connected, self-supporting two-storey properties in the Bergedorf quarter of Hamburg. The first property at Osterrade 1 provides a total of just under 1,800 m² of space (1,490 m² hall space and approximately 300 m² of office space). The property at Rudorffweg 6 has about 680 m² of hall space and 445 m² of office space.

“To bring together all services at one location, Sprungbrett was looking for a shared headquarters together with its subsidiary. The two properties meet all the requirements of a support/training centre. Production space and administrative space are now united under one roof, instead of being scattered across the city of Hamburg,” reported Guido Schröder, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien Hamburg GmbH.

The properties are located in the east of Hamburg, in the Bergedorf quarter, and are well connected to the BAB 1 and BAB 25 motorways. There are also good public transport links.

Sprungbrett Dienstleistungen gGmbH (SDL) is the long-standing non-profit employment centre for Hamburg’s Bergedorf quarter. Since 2001, it has offered employment opportunities, qualifications and labour market integration for job seekers in Hamburg-Bergedorf, Hamburg-Horn and beyond through its various social projects and work. FIT, the non-profit company for promoting integration and inclusive participation, provides jobs in the commercial sector for labour market target groups across Hamburg to integrate long-term job seekers and facilitate labour market participation.
