REALOGIS supports automotive company with new location in Rhine-Main region

Frankfurt, 01. September 2022 – Realogis – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – has successfully helped AJS Parts GmbH find a new location in the Rhine-Main region. This company, which comes originally from Poland, trades in spare parts for cars and vans.

With a long-term lease for a 2,100 m² unit in a business park at Alfred-Nobel-Strasse 1 in Dietzenbach, AJS Parts is expanding its supply chain to Germany. The company will sublet the space from an existing tenant. The property has optimal transport connections to the B459 federal road and the A661 and A3 motorways.

“Thanks to its efficient decision-making processes, AJS Parts won out against other prospective tenants in a very competitive market and moved into the property at the start of the third quarter already,” reports Denis Tanque, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.
