REALOGIS lets around 3,200 sq m of warehouse and office space in the Rhine-Main region
Frankfurt, 1 October 2026 – REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial and logistics property as well as commercial land – has achieved another successful letting in the Rhine-Main region. A total of around 3,200 sq m of warehouse and office space in the business park at Mariechen-Graulich-Strasse 10–14a in Flörsheim am Main has been let to OneWave GmbH. The property, which is now fully let, is owned by the pan-European industrial property investment manager Boreal IM.
The new tenant is taking up around 2,700 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 500 sq m of office space. OneWave GmbH, based in Sulzbach (Taunus), is a specialist and strategic growth partner for Korean beauty and skincare brands. With more than 40 employees, OneWave connects innovative Korean brands with leading brick-and-mortar and digital retail partners in Germany and Europe.
As a distributor, brand builder and strategic sparring partner, OneWave supports brands from market entry through distribution and business development to marketing, education and retail activation. The newly leased premises in Flörsheim provide additional logistical capacity and enable OneWave to further consolidate its warehousing and operational processes and gear them towards its planned growth.
The property, built in 2015, comprises a total of around 17,800 sq m of lettable space and combines modern logistics and office space.
Flörsheim am Main is centrally located in the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main metropolitan region, between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz. The commercial site on Mariechen-Graulich-Straße is connected to the regional and national road network via the nearby A66, A3 and A671 motorways. Frankfurt Airport is around 15 kilometres away.
