REALOGIS ensures full letting of a solitary property in the greater Stuttgart area
Stuttgart, March 18, 2025 - Realogis - Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties - has successfully advised Natura GmbH on a long-term lease agreement for an approx. 8,000 m² logistics facility in the greater Stuttgart area. Natura GmbH has been active on the German market for over 20 years and develops and distributes international food products.
At Bleichereistraße 34 in Uhingen in the district of Göppingen, the wholesaler of more than 800 products with a focus on Southern and Eastern European premium brands has a solitary building with approx. 6,600 m² of warehouse space and approx. 1,400 m² of office/social space at its disposal. The regional transport network can be reached via the B10 federal highway within approx. 1.2 km and the A8 freeway further on. Local public transport is available in the immediate vicinity via bus route 911A or the Uhingen S-Bahn station.
The owner-representative of the property is the pan-European investment and asset management company Bowery, which was founded in 2020 and covers the entire spectrum of logistics properties.
The building refurbishment activities include the the technical building services, the modernization of the existing fire protection systems, extensive refurbishment work on the office and social areas as well as the installation of two new cold storage spaces and a loading ramp.
