REALOGIS brokers two warehouse buildings at the A28/29 motorway junction

Düsseldorf / Oldenburg, 9. January 2025 - Realogis - Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties and commercial land - has concluded a lease agreement for almost 4,000 m² of warehouse space, 230 m² of gallery space and almost 100 m² of office space in Oldenburg.

The space in Gerhard-Stalling-Strasse, not far from the A28/29 motorway junction, is divided into two warehouses with a total of five sectional doors and a ground-level door. The new tenant, a service provider based in Oldenburg, uses one of the halls for order picking and the other for its production processes.

‘In a tight local market we were able to offer the user a property solution at the company's headquarters,’ explains Simon Beyrau, Consultant at Realogis Immobilien Deutschland GmbH.
