REALOGIS brokers stand-alone property in Langenhagen for Night & Day
- Major range of items for heating appliances
The ground-level property provides Night & Day with around 1,700 m² of warehouse space, around 330 m² of office and social space and an outdoor area for up to 45 parking spaces. The stand-alone property at Ithweg 48 has thus been fully let, according to Realogis. The property is owned by an institutional investor.
“We have reached the limits of the capacity that our own facility can offer. A major customer of many years has expanded its range for heating applications, which means that we need more room for warehousing and order picking,” explains Rüdiger Lepenski, Managing Director of Night & Day Global Courier Logistic GmbH.
“The key factors for this rental include the direct proximity and availability at short notice. It only took a week from first contact to signing the paperwork,” reports Fabian von Rohr, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien Deutschland GmbH.
