REALOGIS brokers lease for 8,300 m² in commercial complex in Hanover metropolitan region

Ronnenberg, 10 February 2023 – In the metropolitan region of Hanover – one of Germany’s leading sub-markets for the logistics, industrial and retail sectors after the top eight locations – Realogis has brokered a lease for a commercial unit of 8,300 m² with logistics space.

Under the deal advised by Realogis, a logistics operator signed a long-term lease with an option for around 8,100 m² of warehouse space and around 190 m² of office space at Berliner Str. 1-3/Chemnitzer Str. 11-13 in Hanover-Ronnenberg. The company is consolidating multiple small warehouses and will provide services from its new location in the southwest of the Hanover region moving ahead.

“Available space covering an area in excess of 5,000 m² has become much rarer on the Hanover market over the past 12 months. We are all the more delighted that this property will make it more convenient for the user to make deliveries in the city centre and allow it to keep its employees,” says Tristan Busch, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien Deutschland GmbH.

This latest lease increases the volume brokered by Realogis – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties and business parks – on this commercial site to 16,200 m² in total. It is the third lease within this property. Realogis had previously brokered 1,900 m² for a Chinese trading company and 6,000 m² for the stand builder Go Exhibitions.

The building is now owned by CTP Deutschland B.V, a subsidiary of the CTP Group, the biggest proprietor, developer and manager of logistics and industrial properties in Continental Europe. It had acquired the commercial complex in Ronnenberg in 2018.

The property is located close to the city and has immediate access to the B65 roadway and then on to the B6.
