REALOGIS arranges showroom for electric car brand Polestar in Munich
Munich, 25 November 2022 – Auto Eder, the self-styled biggest car dealer in the South Bavarian region, has signed a long-term lease in Munich Am Mossfeld – advised and brokered by Realogis – Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties. According to Realogis, this is a revitalised stand-alone building. Moving forward, it will serve as the handover centre for new cars from the Swedish electric car brand Polestar.
The owner of the building at Stahlgruberring 53, 81829 Munich, is Schwaiger Group GmbH, a leading project developer and property owner in the region with a focus on energy-efficient, sustainable and digital property revitalisation. The user will have 220 m² of warehouse space and 615 m² of undeveloped space at its disposal.
“The first viewing was a textbook experience – it was the right customer at the right time for this high-quality commercial property just recently placed on the market. Thanks to the good cooperation in the sophisticated revitalisation and implementation of the tenant’s specific wishes, the tenant and the developer were quickly able to reach an understanding,” says Junes Nassar, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien München GmbH.
