PICNIC opens new location in Sirius Business Park Offenbach-Waldhof in deal brokered by REALOGIS
Frankfurt/Offenbach, 13. February 2024 – In a deal brokered by Realogis, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, Picnic is opening a new location in Offenbach. Moving forward, Picnic will supply end consumers from the Sirius Business Park Offenbach-Waldhof at Carl-Legien-Strasse 15/Ferdinand-Porsche-Strasse 2.
The online supermarket has 1,990 m² of indoor space as well as 540 m² of outdoor space and 56 parking spaces for electric vans. The site’s e-charging station infrastructure is being expanded. The lessor of the business park located in the east of Offenbach is Sirius Facilities GmbH.
“With this lease, the warehouse space in the Sirius Business Park Offenbach-Waldhof is now fully let,” reports Dennis Wohn, a consultant at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH.
A key factor in securing the lease was the good connection to the rural and urban regions in the Offenbach district via the B448 federal road and the A3 motorway. The new hub in Offenbach consolidates the network of Picnic distribution services in the region, which includes the existing Picnic location in Hanau.
