Mannheim region: Schwenk Logistik secures location in a deal advised by REALOGIS

Frankfurt / Leimen, 21 March 2023 – Schwenk Logistik GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Limburg an der Lahn, is relocating its Mannheim branch. In a deal advised and brokered by Realogis – Germany’s leading consultancy for industrial, logistics and commercial properties – Schwenk Logistik signed a long-term lease with a renewal option in Leimen.

From mid-2023, the owner-operated shipping and logistics company will have access to a unit with a total of 2,820 m² of warehouse and office space. Schwenk Logistik provides a full range of services, from traditional transport to complete logistics solutions with warehouse storage. Its network of branches includes Limburg, Mannheim Frankfurt, Hermeskeil, Bremen, Cologne, Neumünster, Bochum and Hamburg.

The property is owned by the Zapf Group. Zapf Projekte has specialised in the development of commercial properties, with a focus on production, logistics and warehousing in the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis district, since 1992 and concentrates on revitalising existing properties.

“The Rhine-Neckar region still has high demand for existing properties combined with low supply. Given this, we are all the more pleased to have supported Schwenk Logistik in its search for space,” said Dennis Wohn, Consultant at Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH. As well as the Rhine-Main region, Realogis’s Frankfurt branch also serves the Rhine-Neckar region as far as Bruchsal.
